ArmA is first and foremost a Community-driven game. When we desire a feature, we create it. And when we desired a fraternity, a close knit element of ArmA enthusiasts and content creators - we founded it. Welcome to the Coalition.

A Community like no other, comprised of individuals who embody our values of ''Teamwork'', ''Engaging Gameplay'', ''Competition'' and ''Fun''.

So that's where we started, but we wanted to ensure that each member fully understands these values and has a history with the community, hence the application process.
You've now officially entered into a true fraternity built around ArmA, but this just is your first step. Over the course of the following "entry" or "training" period, generally lasting 1-3 months, you'll learn every detail of the group through immersion. Our door is never open, but you've knocked and come in for a while. During this period of time all full-fledged members can contribute their Peer-opinion of you which is consistently analyzed. After your initial entry period is complete the Peer-review itself will determine your ability to remain.

==== This importance of consensus ====
In this way we are not overly discriminatory with newcomers, we bring them into our fold. Problematic members are quickly stricken from the group, and overall decisions on remaining newcomers stands democratically with the majority. In fact we maintain that many decisions be democratically decided. From mod suggestions to community design and policy, we are built by our members - and not merely by administrative cabal.

From foundation we are really looking for engagement. The Coalition is not merely an ArmA group; it is an opportunity for collaboration and community, regardless of the game we're playing. Our passion for ArmA however acts as that sinew binding us together. So welcome to the Coalition, we do genuinely hope you remain within our ranks. But more importantly, we hope you find a community which embodies these tenants of our foundation.

Please note that while the staff are happy to help at whatever time fits your schedule, '''you must contact a staff member about setting it up''', AND nobody is ecstatic about doing them at 03:00 AM. Failure to do so, or requesting one immediately before or during the session, means you will not be able to play with us during the session. Current staff are available at the following times (subject to change):
