	Ranks have little to no bearing on what happens outside of the session. Beyond administrative roles, ranks ~~do not indicate any sort of~~ authority. While we would implore newer members to heed the advice of those who have been here for some time, it’s not a rule. A higher rank signifies a greater contribution to this group~~.
