The ArmA community is first and foremost Community-driven. When we desire a feature in the game, we create it. And we desired a community that was as well formed as mil-sim groups go - yet wasn't captivated by punitive mil-sim sergeants demanding virtual push-ups. Thus the Coalition became firstly a Community, a fraternity, of individuals who value ''Teamwork'', ''Engaging Gameplay'', ''Competition'' and ''Fun''.
A Community like no other, comprised of individuals who embody our values of ''Teamwork'', ''Engaging Gameplay'', ''Competition'', and ''Fun''.

Cancerous members are quickly stricken from the group, and overall decisions on remaining newcomers stands democratically with the majority. Coalition:

A fraternity. A team. Always gaming. Always competing. Always having fun.

An ArmA 3 Community:

ArmA is first and foremost a community-driven game. When we desire a feature, we create it. When we desired a fraternity, a close knit element of ArmA enthusiasts and content creators - we founded it. Welcome to Coalition.

A Community like no other, comprised of individuals who embody our values of Teamwork, Engaging Gameplay, Competition, and Fun.

So that's where we started, but we wanted to ensure that each member fully understands these values and has a history with the community, hence the application process. You've now officially entered into a true fraternity built around ArmA, but this just is your first step. Over the course of the following "entry" or "training" period (generally lasting two weeks to three months depending on activity), you'll learn every detail of the group through immersion.
