Every recruits job is to take part in the community, learn how to proficient while in-game, and ultimately, play ArmA. Every recruit also undergoes a Peer-Review process by all major members of The Company. Recruits can be peer-reviewed out of the community due to lack of activity, inability to learn how to play ArmA proficiently, and not interacting with the community as a whole. Recruits are limited to AAR, RAT, and Driver roles in order to learn how our structure and chain of command works. Recruits also do not have access to XMLs until becoming apart of the company.

Company members are also charged with the future of the community through peer-review as well as taking leadership roles during ArmA sessions. All company members are expected to understand and follow the Coalition SOPs both in-game and out.

In-Game

After reading all of the above, you may be interested how this is reflected in game, it's quite straight forward.

Campaigns:

During Campaigns, Platoon HQ consists of Staff Sergeants only due to them being in Headquarters in the discord. Sergeants, who lead their sections in the discord, are the leaders of the in-game squads named after their section, this helps everyone keep a sense of uniformity. Furthering the last point, Corporals take the place of Fireteam leaders and they manage the Privates and Recruits who are the rank and file soldiers.
