So you're looking to help out around the community but don't know how or where to start? First of all, thanks! People like you keep the community alive and well!

After Action Review "AAR"

AAR is the by far the simplest way to contribute. We all play the missions. So why not break down what went wrong, what went well, and how to avoid/repeat it. We notice people who are active in AAR! Its an important learning tool for new and old members! AARs can be found here.

Mission Design

We sometimes play up to 4 missions a week in our normal sessions. Missions are the lifeblood of the community so the demand is always there!

If you don't know where to start, checkout the Mission Making page and look for the development channel in discord (here)!

Quality Assurance

If you want to help with QA, check out this page here: Quality Assurance. Anyone can help with QA, even if you don't make missions!

Event design

After you are used to creating missions for us to play, try your hand at creating one of our large scale CCEs for other communities to come play with us!

Recruitment

Help us get our name out there! The best recruits come from word of mouth!

Playing with other communities and inviting them to our CCEs/CCOs is always encouraged!

Wiki Editing

The wiki is an important part of Coalition! Its a repository for knowledge from new and old players alike.

The wiki is ever evolving. Hop on and spellcheck new pages! Or fill in a knowledge hole by creating a new page entirely!

Making a new page on the wiki is a good way to research a topic and contribute at the same time!

Video content

People love seeing funny clips and compilations. People also love seeing trailers for events and missions. If you have editing skills go ahead and show them off don't be shy!

A good video is probably the second best recruitment tool!

Mod Creation

If mission design no longer cuts it for you, try making a mod! Or making contributions to our existing set of mods!

Check out #development in discord to see some of the modpack side of things!

Software / Web design

Check out #development in discord to see what is being worked on! Don't forget to check the pins and see if anything needs done!

HQ is always looking for extra talent for the backend of the community. From discord bots, to databases to track our stats in game, and much much more. If you have the skillset and are interested in building tools for the community to use please reach out!

Organizing Events/Tournaments

While we are an ArmA community at the core. We also like to branch out into other things. Don't be shy to create content for other games to share with the community! even if its a niche game, you will probably get more support than you expect!

Hell, even A D&D campaign is always welcome!

So go on! You get the point! Get out there and host something for your friends!
