Awards can be recommended by any member for another member in a rank below them.
Award Categories
Valiant Actions: Awards for in-game actions that resulted in saving lives, mission completion, or other large task(s). Ten promotion points per award.
Content Creation: Awards for out-of-game actions that results in content for public or otherwise players to consume. Ten promotion points per award.
Training Certificates: Awards given for attending optional training sessions. Five promotion points per certificate.
Expertise Ribbons Awards for in-game actions that display expert level of knowledge and usage of a system
Recommending an Award
Any Grunt+ member can recommend an award for another member under them. Use the following template to recommend an award in the discord channel #personnel-action:
Recommendee: <your name> Award: <award name> Reason: <prove why, give links/clips>
